Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MyProducer (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
MyProducer lets you upload images and audio and automatically produces a slideshow video, and can publish it to your YouTube channel on your behalf. During the PoC, videos are published as private by default. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and may change or be discontinued at any time.
3. Your content and the license you grant us
You retain ownership of the content you upload. When you upload images or audio, and when our system or you generate derivatives of that content — including but not limited to motion annotations, region masks, movement prompts, AI-generated video clips, and rendered videos — you grant MyProducer a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable license to store, reproduce, process, modify, distribute, commercialize, and otherwise use that content and its derivatives for any of our business purposes, including to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
- develop, improve, and create new features, products, and services;
- develop, train, evaluate, and improve our machine-learning models (including our image-to-video model);
- analyze usage and conduct research;
- promote and market the Service (for example, showcasing example outputs); and
- commercialize the foregoing — including selling, licensing, or sublicensing the content, its derivatives, and any models trained on it to third parties, and offering them as part of paid or SaaS products.
This includes content you mark as private and content tied to projects you later delete. We may assign or transfer this license and the associated content and derivatives, in whole or in part, to a third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
4. Use of your content as training data
We specifically use uploaded images — including photographs of people — together with the annotations and masks created for them, as training data for our models. You must not upload images of people who have not agreed to this, or any content you do not have the rights to.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have all necessary rights and permissions to it and to grant the license above.
- You will not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- You will not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Feedback tools (ratings, issue reports, and similar forms) are provided for genuine reports about your own results. Submitting spam, advertising, off-topic, abusive, or automated content through them is prohibited and may result in those features being limited or disabled for your account, or in suspension of the account itself. Feedback you submit is treated as content you grant us rights to under Section 3, and may be reviewed (including by automated filters) to keep these channels usable.
6. YouTube and Google
MyProducer uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to your channel. By connecting your account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke MyProducer’s access at any time via your Google account permissions.
7. Deletion and retention
You can delete a project at any time; this removes the project and its source files from your account and active storage. However, anonymized records already derived from your content (for example, training-data records) are retained and are not deleted, because they have been incorporated into our training corpus.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and MyProducer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes to how we use your content, we will ask you to review and accept the updated terms again before you continue using the Service.
