Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information MyProducer (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service you also agree to our Terms of Service, which describe the broad license you grant us over the content you create.
1. Information we collect
- Account info — your email address and Google account identifier, obtained when you sign in with Google.
- Content you upload — the images and audio you add to your projects, including any photographs of people.
- Derived data — data our system generates from your content, such as motion annotations, region masks, movement prompts, audio tags, cover scores, and the rendered videos.
- YouTube authorization — if you connect YouTube, an OAuth refresh token (stored encrypted) so we can upload videos to your channel on your behalf.
- Usage data — basic activity and service metrics (for example, last active time and storage used) needed to operate the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
- To develop, improve, and create new features, products, and services;
- To train and improve our AI models, including our image-to-video model;
- To analyze usage and conduct research;
- To promote and market the Service; and
- To commercialize the above — including offering it in paid or SaaS products — as described in the Terms.
3. Your content as training data
We use the images and audio you upload — including photographs of people — together with the annotations and masks created for them, as training data for our machine-learning models. Please only upload content you have the rights to and, for images of people, only with their agreement.
4. Storage and security
Content is stored in private object storage and served only via short-lived signed links. YouTube refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Training-data records derived from your content may be stored separately from your account for model development.
5. Sharing and third parties
We use Google and YouTube API Services to authenticate you and publish videos to your channel; your use of those features is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We may share or transfer content and derivatives as permitted by the broad license in our Terms, including to third parties and in connection with a sale or transfer of our business or assets.
6. Retention and deletion
You can delete a project at any time; this removes the project and its source files from your account and active storage. Logging out revokes your active sessions. However, anonymized records already derived from your content (such as training-data records) are retained and are not deleted, because they have been incorporated into our training corpus. 7. Your choices
- Revoke MyProducer’s access to your Google/YouTube account at any time via your Google account permissions.
- Contact us to request access to or deletion of your account data.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 16.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. For material changes to how we use your content, we will ask you to review and accept the updated terms again before you continue using the Service.
